Manufacturers and services

Certified service for Sécheron and Voith equipment: our engineers are trained and qualified by the manufacturers, and we use original Sécheron service tools. Certificate copies are available on request.

Traction power equipment

Sécheron: certified service

Maintenance of Sécheron equipment on rolling stock: MACS vacuum circuit breakers (VCB), UR6, UR10, UR15 and UR26, UR36, UR40, UR46 high-speed DC circuit breakers (HSCB), and RS roof switches.

Our maintenance records also cover AC/DC change-over switches, pre-charging contactors and power contactors.

What we do: Regular inspections, diagnostics, repair, replacement of worn parts.
Certification: 3 engineers hold Sécheron Level 4 hands-on training certificates for regular maintenance of MACS, UR6/10/15, UR26/36/40/46 and RS. Issued 7 April 2026, valid for 2 years.
Service tools: Original Sécheron tools: pressure control (BVAC/MACS), stroke measurement and speed control (BVAC), and a portable vacuum tester.

Drive units and couplers

Voith: certified overhaul

Overhaul of Voith railway drive units (traction gearboxes), according to Voith's manual.

Maintenance of Voith automatic couplers: mechanical coupler, electric heads, draw gear, uncoupling cylinders.

What we do: Overhaul of drive units; inspections, repair and replacement of worn coupler parts.
Certification: 5 engineers are qualified by Voith (Brno site, Czech Republic) as certified operators for the overhaul of drive units, according to Voith's manual. Qualified since June 2024, valid for 3 years.

We keep a catalogue of more than 16,000 items, including about 1,800 spare parts and nearly 500 repairable units. Spare parts supply and component repair for planned and unplanned maintenance.
