How we handle the personal data you send us through this site.

1. Who processes the data

2. What data we receive
Only what you give us yourself in the request form or an e-mail: name, company, phone, e-mail, message text. When you send the form, the server also records your IP address and the time of sending, to protect the form from spam.
3. Why
To answer your request, prepare a quotation and perform a contract. We do not send newsletters without your separate consent.
4. Legal basis
Your consent and the preparation or performance of a contract under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010.
5. Retention
For as long as needed to answer your request and perform the contract, plus the retention period required by law for documents.
6. Who we share it with
We do not share data with third parties except where the law requires it.
7. Your rights
You can ask which of your data we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent (Article 8 of the Law). Write to info@xglobal.com.ua. You can also contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
